The 16th annual Mobile Rotary Tarpon Tournament takes place this Saturday, August 5th, 2006 at the Dauphin Island Marina.
Categories for the tournament include: Tarpon (Catch & Release), Blackfish and Jack Crevalle.
Scoring for the Tarpon competition will be based on a points system and reported to a Committee Boat. Weigh-in for Blackfish and Jack Crevalle will be at Dauphin Island Marina.
Entry fee for the 16th annual Mobile Rotary Tarpon Tournament is $125 per boat. All tickets must be purchased by 6:00pm on Friday, August 4th.
There will be a mandatory captains meeting at Felix's restaurant on the causeway at 6pm. Those boat captains unable to attend should send a representative.
