The Isle Dauphine Country Club will open the back nine on Monday. It's taken a lot of work to remove sand and downed trees. The fairways and greens couldn't be reseeded until Mother Nature washed away the salt left by storm surge. But now they're ready. The back nine will be open every day except holidays. Golf carts will be available.
The front nine still has a couple of fairways with a little too much sand - too much bunker! - so that nine will remain closed for a bit longer. How long? The article doesn't say.
