If you head west on Bienville Blvd all the way out to the end, past all the vacation homes, and then turn left - from this point you'll need to get off your bicycle or get out of your car and walk - in about 50 yards or so you'll run right into the Gulf of Mexico.

If you get there and look to the west this is the view you'll see.

If you look closely at the photo you'll see that exactly two people and one dog had made the trek described above on the day I took this picture. My footprints in the sand were the third set, not counting the dog's, that day.

Secluded, gorgeous, spectacular, stunning.... Words don't begin to describe how beautiful this scene really is. You have to experience it for yourself, now that you know how to get there.
