A condo complex may have a manager's position become available in early spring. The job consists of "free room & board" in the manager's living quarters (room enough for Husband & Wife & etc.) The living quarters are really very nice & comfortable
April thru Labor Day is 24/7 - off season is off 2 days per week & 2 weeks annual paid vacation. Salary is approximately $1,250 monthly. Travel allowance for use of auto on condo business. You may discuss job particulars if you are interested.
Job duties: Light banking responsibilities & pickup mail from D.I. post office, care of swimming pools, cut grass & light yard work, police beach area,for trash, use power washer to maintain condo walk areas & keep looking nice, use leaf blower to keep parking area clean, and other duties that can be discussed with various interested candidates.
Candidates would need to have a car or truck and would be paid mileage for use of condo's business.
